General Return Philosophy Customer Oriented :
At Lokpal Industries, customer satisfaction is paramount. Because we deal in heavy machinery and specialized industrial equipment, our return policy is designed to be fair while acknowledging the logistical complexities and costs associated with handling such goods.
Eligibility for Returns :
- Standard Products: Returns for standard diffective off-the-shelf products (e.g., Pallet Trucks, Drum Grabbers, Hand Trucks)etc are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery with proper documents.
- Custom and Engineered Products: Due to their bespoke nature, products engineered to customer specifications (such as custom-made Goods Lifts, specialized Storage Racks, or tailored Conveyor systems) are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they have a significant manufacturing defect that prevents their intended use.
- Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Not damaged by the customer or the customer's agents.
- Full payment has been made.
- Should not have been missordered.
Non-Returnable Items :
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or special-order equipment.
- Cut-to-length cables, ropes, or belts.
- Hydraulic oils and other consumable fluids batteries, battaries charger.
- Product with expired warranties or no warranties.
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect after delivery.
- Electrical parts such as fuse, bulb switches.
Return Process :
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@lokpal.com or call +91-120-4846801 within the 7-day return window. Please include your invoice number, product model, quantity, and detailed reason for the return. Attach clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
- Return Authorization: If your request meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship any product back to us without an RMA number, as it will be refused.
- Shipping: You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the product to our facility in Noida. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
- Inspection: Once we receive the product, our quality team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions
Refunds :
- Approval: Upon approval and acceptance of the return and inspection, we will process your refund.
- Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account) used for the purchase.
- Timeline: Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the inspection is complete.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the product value will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- NO ADHOC OR PARTIAL REFUND IS ALLOWED.
Cancellation Policy :
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed for manufacturing or dispatch, a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order value may apply to cover incurred costs.
- Storing cost will be applicable depending upon nature of order.
Damaged or Defective Products :
- Inspection on Delivery: It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery. If the package or product is visibly damaged, please note "Subject to Inspection" or "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment if possible.
- A written goods inspected & approved for dispatch is must for dispatch.
- Reporting Damage: For concealed damage discovered later, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send photos of the damage and packaging to claims@lokpal.com. Failure to report within this timeframe may void your claim.
